Exterior to the Property
We have parking for up to 2 cars on a flat tarmac driveway. Guests can be driven to the front door for alighting and unloading purposes, but parking is located at the side of the property, approximately 12 metres away from the front door. There are 2 small steps (approx 15cm high) up to the front door, which is locked at all times with guests having their own keys. There is a glass panelled inner sliding door.
Ground Floor
Dining room is on the ground floor located on your left as you enter the property.
First Floor
Stairs to the first floor are wide with a banister but have a 90 degree turn after 8 steps with a further 6 steps to the landing. Each step is approximately 19 centimetres high. The landing and stairs are well lit at both ends.
All bedrooms are on the first floor with clearly signed and raised numbers. Each room has walking space around the bed of no less than 0.5 metre.
Although the first floor is flat there are wooden sills (1 cm deep) at the entrance to each room
Walking disabled could be catered for but not wheelchair users.

Assistance dogs are welcomed as indeed are pet dogs.
